The intersection between Provincial Road 391 through Ngoc Son Commune (Hai Duong City) and Vo Van Kiet Avenue is dangerous because there are no warning signs and lack of lighting.
On the evening of March 12, I was traveling from Tu Ky district to Hai Duong city on provincial road 391, when I reached the intersection with Vo Van Kiet avenue in Ngoc Son commune (Hai Duong city), I almost collided with the median strip in the middle of the road. Luckily, I was driving slowly so I could spot the median strip in time and avoid it.
On both sides of the intersection, there are dividers, dividing the road into two separate directions, but there is not enough lighting and warning signs, making it difficult for traffic participants to observe, especially those who are unfamiliar with the road and travel at night.
