The girl has white skin, short hair to her shoulders, and is pretty. When asked, she said her name is Bong (possibly a nickname given by relatives, not the name on the papers), her mother's name is Anh, her father's name is Hieu, and she is from Bac Ninh.

The owner of Hoa Quynh 2 Hotel said that late at night on November 19, a petite woman, about 27-28 years old, brought a child to the hotel and said she was a mother and child asking to stay. Early in the morning of November 20, this woman left, leaving the child sleeping in the room, without leaving a message.
The belongings the woman left for the child included a bundle of clothes, a bag of candy, a mini bike and a carton of fresh milk. Among them was a thin jacket with the logo printed with the words “Hoa Sen Practical Kindergarten”.
The woman left no documents at the hotel.
The hotel owner reported the incident to Tu Minh Ward Police.
