Rice paper drying in unsanitary place

Rice paper drying near the dusty Ga street, Phu Thai town (Kim Thanh), the rice paper tray is only about 20 cm from the ground.

At noon on March 4, on the dike road of Ga Street, Phu Thai Town (Kim Thanh, Hai Duong), after the District Post Office to the old ferry terminal, rice paper was being dried by people in a very unhygienic manner.

Rice paper is dried right on the roadside, about 20 - 50 cm above the ground. Because the dike surface has accumulated a thick layer of sand and soil, every time people and vehicles pass by, they stir up a cloud of dust.
