Around 11 to 12 o'clock every day in Lo Cuong rice paper village, there is still a situation of black gas being discharged directly into the environment.

Lo Cuong rice paper village in Tu Minh ward (Hai Duong city) currently has about 100 households maintaining production. Of these, 16 households are quite large in scale, with an output of about 3-5 tons/household/day. Large-scale production households using boilers have all installed a water mist suppression tower treatment system to treat exhaust gas.

Around 11 to 12 o'clock every day, there is still a situation of direct discharge of untreated exhaust gas into the environment. The system of collecting and draining rainwater and wastewater has not been invested in, leading to pollution in many places in the residential area of ​​Lo Cuong.
