Promulgating the rules of the "Hai Duong Aspiration and Development" Press Award

Accordingly, the subjects participating in the press award are Vietnamese citizens and foreigners living and working in Vietnam whose press works are published and broadcast on all types of press in and outside the province licensed by competent state agencies and in accordance with the rules.

Press works participating in the award are works in Vietnamese (or ethnic languages, foreign languages ​​translated into Vietnamese), published and broadcast on press types licensed by competent state agencies during the period from December 1, 2021 to January 15, 2024. Spoken press works are in MP3 file format, visual press works are in MP4 or MXF file format. If the work uses a foreign language or a Vietnamese ethnic minority language, it is required to send an additional translation or narration into Vietnamese.

Each work must be a news article (or a series of articles) about an event, phenomenon, issue, subject, etc., published in one or more installments, but no more than 5 installments. For works published or broadcast in multiple installments, if the first installments are published or broadcast before December 1, 2021, they will be combined with the following installments (published from December 1, 2021 to January 15, 2024) to form a complete entry.

Works that have won awards in other journalism competitions are still eligible to participate in this journalism award, but must clearly state the award level and which agency organized the award.

The works participating in the contest must ensure the content is constructive, authentic, accurate, objective, and have the right political ideology. The works must closely follow the theme "Hai Duong aspiration, development". Deeply reflect the contents such as the implementation of resolutions, programs, and development policies; propaganda, introduction of the geographical location, potential, strengths, development strategy of Hai Duong, mechanisms, and policies to attract investment of the province; implementation of the digital transformation roadmap; multi-faceted information in all fields, contributing to promoting the image of Hai Duong so that the province can develop more and more, gradually realizing the aspirations of the Party Committee, government and people in the province.

The "Hai Duong Aspirations and Development" journalism award includes 1 special prize worth 30 million VND, 2 A prizes (20 million VND/prize), 3 B prizes (15 million VND/prize), 5 C prizes (7 million VND/prize) and 10 consolation prizes (3 million VND/prize).
