The Department of Information and Communications of Hai Duong province has just informed about the organization of the "Hai Duong aspiration and development" press award.

The contestants are Vietnamese citizens and foreigners living and working in Vietnam whose press works are published and broadcast in all types of press in and outside the province licensed by competent state agencies and in accordance with the contest rules. The summary and awarding of the "Hai Duong Aspiration, Development" Press Prize is expected to take place in early 2024.
Hai Duong Electronic Newspaper will provide detailed information about the time to receive works and the rules of the contest as soon as there is an official announcement from the Organizing Committee of the contest.
