Kinh Mon Town (Hai Duong) will make maximum use of policies and regimes in the most beneficial and favorable direction for the people according to the law.
On November 17, Kinh Mon Town People's Committee held a conference to implement site clearance for two projects through Thuong Quan Commune, including: Kinh Mon River Overpass and the access road connecting the interchange with National Highway 5; construction of the road connecting Kinh Mon River Overpass with Provincial Road 389B.
At the conference, people expressed their agreement and high consensus with the implementation of the two projects. At the same time, they made recommendations on issues related to compensation policies for site clearance and resettlement support when land is acquired.
According to comrade Truong Duc San, Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the Town People's Committee, Chairman of the Compensation and Resettlement Support Council of Kinh Mon Town, the town will make maximum use of the regimes and policies in the most beneficial and favorable direction for the people according to the provisions of law.
According to the project, the Kinh Mon River overpass and the approach road connecting the interchange with Highway 5 have a total length of 1.55 km and are located in Thuong Quan Commune (Kinh Mon) and Kim Xuyen Commune (Kim Thanh). The total land area for the project is about 8.7 hectares, with a total investment of 600 billion VND from the provincial budget.
The project to build a road connecting Kinh Mon River overpass with provincial road 389B in La Xa and Que Linh villages (Thuong Quan commune). The total length of the route is 1.72 km, with a total investment of over 229 billion VND from the town and provincial budgets.
