In Nghia An commune, Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong), an incident occurred where Dien punched and kicked Mr. V., causing him to fall and hit his head on the edge of a window wall, killing him.
On the morning of February 20, Mr. Tran Van Han, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia An Commune (Ninh Giang) said that at around 8:00 p.m. on February 19, at the house of Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh (born in 1970, residing in Da Nghi village), Nguyen Van Dien (born in 1995, son of Mr. Dinh) argued with Mr. Luu Van V. (born in 1965, residing in the same village).
During the fight, Dien punched and kicked Mr. V., causing him to fall and hit his head on the edge of the window wall in Mr. Dinh's living room. As a result, Mr. V. died while being treated at the Ninh Giang District Medical Center.
The incident is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
