A thief in Cam Pha City (Quang Ninh) who raped a person under 16 years old has just been detained by the police.

Cam Pha City Police, Quang Ninh Province received a report that HTT (born in 2012, Cam Trung Ward, Cam Pha City) was controlled by a strange man with the intention of committing rape.
The Criminal Police Team of Cam Pha City Police verified and identified Dang Ngoc Quyet (born in 1981, residing in group 8, Ngo Quyen area, Cam Dong ward, Cam Pha city) as the perpetrator of this incident and urged him to surrender.
According to HTT, on the morning of October 24, while he was home alone, a strange man climbed over the fence and entered the house. This man used his hand to cover his mouth, grabbed his neck, and dragged him into the bedroom. He struggled, took advantage of the man's carelessness to escape and shouted for the man to run away.
On the evening of October 25, Dang Ngoc Quyet turned himself in and confessed to breaking into HTT's house with the intention of stealing, but when he saw T. sitting in the living room watching TV alone, he had the intention of controlling and raping T.
