Nam Sach town police (Hai Duong) have just investigated and clarified the theft of a concrete mixer that occurred in La Van Cau area, Nam Sach town.
On December 17, the Investigation Police Agency of Nam Sach District Police initiated a case and prosecuted defendant Nguyen Van Thang to investigate the act of property theft under its authority.
On the same day, Mr. Nguyen Huu Hung received back his stolen property.
Earlier, on the morning of December 4, Nam Sach Town Police received a report from Mr. Nguyen Huu Hung (born in 1972, residing in La Xuyen area, Nam Sach town, Nam Sach district) about the loss of a 380-liter concrete and mortar mixer. Mr. Hung works in construction and is currently building a house in La Van Cau area, Nam Sach town.
On the evening of December 3, after finishing his workday, he locked the concrete and mortar mixer with a cable to a tree on the sidewalk in front of house number 394 Tran Phu Street, La Van Cau area, Nam Sach town. The next morning, when he returned to the construction site, Mr. Hung discovered that the machine had been stolen.
Nam Sach town police urgently investigated, verified and identified Nguyen Van Thang (born in 1981, residing in Binh Dy village, Dai Son commune, Tu Ky district) as the subject who stole Mr. Hung's property.
At around 4:00 a.m. on December 4, Nguyen Van Thang passed through La Van Cau area, Nam Sach town, saw a concrete mixer with no one watching it, used pliers to cut the locking cable, put it on a rickshaw, and took it to his sister's house in the same Binh Dy village to keep it.
