On the morning of July 21, the Central Propaganda Department held a national online conference to study and disseminate the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress to officials and leaders of the Union of Science and Technology Associations, associations of literature and arts, and representatives of artists and intellectuals at 40 locations.

Comrade Phung Xuan Nha, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department chaired the conference.

Representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, leaders of departments of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Standing Committee, specialized departments of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, Central Literature and Arts Associations in the province, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education, the Provincial College of Culture, Arts and Tourism, the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts, Hai Duong Cheo Theater... attended at the Hai Duong bridge.

Delegates attending the conference listened to the following topics: Core contents and new points in the documents of the 13th National Party Congress, the Party's policies, guidelines and viewpoints on culture and arts through the Congresses, key tasks in the coming time; developing science and technology, promoting innovation.

The conference lasted 1.5 days, including 1 day for delegates to research and develop an action plan.
