The Central Inspection Commission decided to impose a disciplinary warning on the Party Executive Committee of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province for the terms 2011-2016 and 2016-2021.

During two days (July 12-13), in Hanoi, the Central Inspection Commission held its 30th meeting.
Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu chaired the meeting.
At this session, the Central Inspection Commission reviewed and concluded the following contents:
Implementing the conclusion of the Central Inspection Commission at the 29th Session on the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and a number of related Party organizations and Party members; based on the Party's regulations, the Central Inspection Commission decided to issue a disciplinary warning to the Party Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 and 2016-2021 terms and Mr. Nguyen Duc Quyen, former member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, former member of the Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Ngoc Hoi, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former member of the Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Dao Vu Viet, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Bim Son Town Party Committee; Vu Dinh Xinh, Dao Trong Quy, former members of the Provincial Party Committee, former Directors of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
The Central Inspection Commission disciplined the Party Delegation of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term and Mr. Le Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Transport, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mai Xuan Liem, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, member of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Luong Tat Thang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Sam Son City Party Committee; Do Huu Quyet, Director of the Department of Information and Communications.
The Central Inspection Commission proposed that the Politburo and the Secretariat consider and discipline the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2010-2015 and 2015-2020 terms and Mr. Mai Van Ninh, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Delegation, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Trinh Van Chien, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Party Delegation, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Dinh Xung, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Le Thi Thin, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former member of the Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Pham Dang Quyen, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, former member of the Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Hoang Van Hung, former Provincial Party Committee member, former Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Messrs. Trinh Huu Hung, Hoang Sy Binh, former Provincial Party Committee members, former Directors of the Department of Health of Thanh Hoa province.
The Central Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee to decide to discipline a number of related party organizations and party members according to its authority.
Considering the proposal of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee on disciplining party members who violated the law, the Central Inspection Committee found that Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tri, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Chief Inspector of Lai Chau Province, had degraded in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, accepted bribes, covered up for subordinates who accepted bribes, violated Party regulations and State laws on preventing and combating corruption and negativity, violated regulations on what party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, public outrage, and negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization and the inspection sector.
Pursuant to Party regulations, the Central Inspection Committee proposed that the Secretariat consider and discipline Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tri.
Considering the results of the inspection of the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary tasks within the Party for the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; inspection of the declaration of assets and income for cadres under the Central management in Son La, Ninh Binh and Kon Tum provinces, the Central Inspection Committee found that in addition to the basic advantages, the inspected Party organizations and Party members also had a number of violations and shortcomings in leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary tasks; in the management and use of Party finance and assets and declaration of assets and income.
The Central Inspection Commission requires inspected party organizations and party members to promote their strengths, seriously review, learn from experience, promptly overcome violations and shortcomings that have been pointed out; strengthen leadership and direction of party committees, party organizations, and inspection committees at all levels to conduct inspections and supervision, focusing on inspecting signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, implementing regulations on what party members are not allowed to do, responsibilities to set an example, and prominent and pressing issues in society.
Also at this session, the Central Inspection Commission reviewed and decided on a number of other important contents.
