The Central Inspection Committee proposed to discipline Mr. Le Minh Khai.

On August 7 and 8, in Hanoi, the Central Inspection Commission held its 45th meeting. Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu chaired the meeting.

At this session, the Central Inspection Commission reviewed and concluded the following contents:

Considering the results of the inspection when there were signs of violations and the results of the review, proposing disciplinary action against the Party Committee of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, the Central Inspection Committee found that: The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee violated the principle of democratic centralism, working regulations; lacked responsibility, loosened leadership and direction, allowing the Provincial People's Committee and many organizations and individuals to seriously violate the regulations of the Party and the laws of the State in the management and use of land for a number of investment projects in the province; allowing many Party organizations and Party members to be disciplined, many officials and Party members to be criminally prosecuted for violations and shortcomings in the case of "Giving and receiving bribes; taking advantage of positions and powers while performing official duties" occurring at the Dai Ninh Urban Area Project in Lam Dong Province and related localities and units.

The above violations have caused serious consequences that are difficult to overcome, with a risk of huge losses of State money and assets, causing bad public opinion, reducing the prestige of the Party organization and local government, to the point of requiring consideration and disciplinary action.

Personal responsibility for the above violations and shortcomings belongs to Mr. Tran Duc Quan, former member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and Mr. Tran Van Hiep, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (has been expelled from the Party and criminally prosecuted); Mr. Huynh Duc Hoa, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Dinh Van, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Doan Van Viet, former Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Vo Ngoc Hiep, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; former members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Dang Tri Dung, Nguyen Van Yen; members of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, Pham S; Mr. Huynh Ngoc Hai, Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Van Son, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Lam Ha District Party Committee; Mr. Bui Son Dien, former Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Duc Trong District Party Committee, former Party Cell Secretary, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Mr. Le Quang Trung, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department of Construction; Mr. Tran Phuong, Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department of Taxation of Lam Dong province.

Related to the above violations, there is also responsibility of the Party Delegation of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term; the Party Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the 2016-2021 term; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Government Office for the 2020-2025 term; Mr. Le Minh Khai, former Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister, former Secretary of the Party Committee, Inspector General of the Government and a number of other party organizations and party members.

Considering the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of the violation; based on the Party's regulations, the Central Inspection Committee decided to issue a disciplinary warning to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the terms 2011-2016, 2016-2021, 2021-2026; the Party Delegation of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council for the term 2021-2026; the Standing Committee of the Da Lat City Party Committee for the term 2020-2025 and Mr. Huynh Duc Hoa, Tran Dinh Van, Doan Van Viet, Dang Tri Dung, Nguyen Van Yen, Pham S, Huynh Ngoc Hai, Bui Son Dien, Le Quang Trung. Reprimand the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Government Office for the term 2020-2025 and Mr. Vo Ngoc Hiep, Nguyen Ngoc Phuc, Nguyen Van Son, Tran Phuong.

The Central Inspection Commission proposed that competent authorities consider and discipline the Standing Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms; the Party Personnel Committee of the Government Inspectorate for the 2016-2021 term and Mr. Le Minh Khai.

The Central Inspection Commission requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the timely correction of violations and shortcomings pointed out; and to discipline party organizations and party members according to the conclusion of the Central Inspection Commission.

The Central Inspection Committee continues to inspect, review and handle organizations and individuals with violations according to its authority.

Considering the report proposing disciplinary action against a number of Party members who violated the Party Committees of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Lang Son, Yen Bai, Phu Tho, Bac Ninh, Binh Thuan, and Ca Mau, the Central Inspection Committee found that: Mr. Nguyen Linh Ngoc, former member of the Party Executive Committee, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Ho Dai Dung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province; Mr. Thai Hong Cong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, former Director of Lang Son Provincial Police; Mr. Ho Duc Hop, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Yen Bai province; Mr. Nguyen Kim Thoai, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Finance of Bac Ninh province; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc, former member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Mr. Le Quang Vinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Quy district, Binh Thuan province; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dinh, former member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Construction of Ca Mau province have degraded in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; Violating Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks; violating regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, public outrage, and very bad influence on the reputation of the Party organization, agency, locality, and work unit, to the point of having to consider and take disciplinary action.

Pursuant to Party regulations, the Central Inspection Committee proposes that competent authorities consider and discipline the following: Nguyen Linh Ngoc, Ho Dai Dung, Thai Hong Cong, Ho Duc Hop, Nguyen Kim Thoai, Nguyen Ngoc, Le Quang Vinh, and Nguyen Quoc Dinh.

Considering the results of the supervision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee members of the Thua Thien-Hue Provincial Party Committee, the Central Inspection Committee requested the Standing Committee of the Thua Thien-Hue Provincial Party Committee and the supervised Party members to continue to promote their strengths; review their responsibilities, promptly overcome violations and shortcomings in leadership, direction, development and organization of the implementation of the Working Regulations; personnel work; in land management and use for non-state budget investment projects and declaration of assets and income.

Also at this session, the Central Inspection Commission resolved 2 party disciplinary complaints and considered and concluded a number of other important contents.
