On the morning of July 23, the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong informed that the whole province has nearly 22,900 candidates eligible to graduate from high school in 2024, reaching 99.61%, an increase of 0.1% compared to 2023, the highest in the past 5 years.

Of the 40 public high schools, 30 have a 100% graduation rate. The remaining public high schools all have rates ranging from 99.21-99.81%. Of these, Tue Tinh High School (Cam Giang) has the lowest rate of 99.21%.
Of the 15 non-public high schools, 7 had a 100% graduation rate, an increase of 3 schools compared to last year. The remaining schools all achieved between 96.58-99.67%. Phan Boi Chau High School (Nam Sach) had the lowest rate of 96.59%.
Hai Duong is one of the localities with the most non-public high schools in the Red River Delta region. This is a positive result showing that the quality of education in non-public high schools is increasingly improving.
Only the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of Chi Linh City and the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of Nam Sach District have 100% of candidates passing the high school graduation exam. The remaining Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers and Hai Duong College of Culture, Arts and Tourism have a graduation rate of 96.09-99.8%. The Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education of Kim Thanh District has the lowest number of candidates passing the high school graduation exam in the continuing education sector, with a rate of 96.09%.
According to the analysis of high school graduation exam scores nationwide in 2024, there are nearly 11,000 scores of 10 nationwide, of which Hai Duong province has 284 scores of 10. The average score of graduation exam subjects in Hai Duong is 6.96, ranking 11th nationwide, up 1 place compared to 2023. Hai Duong continues to be in the top 15 localities leading the country in terms of average high school graduation exam scores. Hai Duong has the average high school graduation score of group A ranked 13th nationwide; group A1 ranked 16th; group B ranked 20th; group C ranked 14th; group D ranked 12th.
