Hai Duong has 284 scores of 10 in high school graduation exam

The subject with the most candidates scoring 10 was civics with 153 students, down 215 points from last year. Next was geography with 59 scores of 10, up 57 points; history with 43 scores of 10, up 32 points. Chemistry had 19 scores of 10, up 17 points. English had 9 scores of 10, down 3 points. Biology had 1 score of 10, down 2 points; the only score of 10 belonged to Nguyen Ai Linh, Kim Thanh High School.

There were no 10s in math nationwide. This is a rare occasion in many years that a high school graduation exam did not have any 10s in math.

Doan Quang Huy, a student at Thanh Mien High School, achieved the highest math score in the province with 9.8 points. Last year, Hai Duong had 1 person with 10 points in math.

The 5 candidates with the highest scores in literature are students from Tu Ky High School (2 students), Cam Giang High School, Ha Dong High School (Thanh Ha), Quang Trung High School (Ninh Giang) with 9.75 points. This year, in physics, there were still no students who scored 10 points. The whole province had 15 students with the highest score of 9.75.

The total number of 10 points decreased this year, but the sharp increase in each subject shows that the quality of learning in history, geography and chemistry is higher. The majority of 10 points decreased in civic education.

The average score of graduation exams in Hai Duong is 6.96, ranking 11th nationwide, up 1 place compared to 2023. Hai Duong continues to be in the top 15 localities nationwide in terms of average high school graduation exam scores.
