On July 17, after the Ministry of Education and Training announced the 2024 high school graduation exam scores, Hai Duong initially identified the top students in the university entrance exam groups A, B, C, D and A1 of the province.
The top scorer in block A is Vu Tan Sang, a student at Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted (Hai Duong City) with a total score of 28.7 points (math 9.2; physics 9.5; chemistry 10). The scores for the remaining subjects are literature 8.25, biology 8.5, English 8.8.
The top scorer in block A1 is Cao Thi Hieu Lam, a student at Phuc Thanh High School (Kinh Mon) with 28.1 points (math 9.2, physics 9.5, English 9.4). The scores for the remaining subjects are literature 9.5, chemistry 7.75, biology 8, physics 9.5.
The top scorer in group B is Phan Thi Thanh Nhan, a student at Kim Thanh High School, with 28.55 points (math 8.8, chemistry 10, biology 9.75). The remaining exam scores are literature 8.5, physics 9.75, English 9.
The top students in block C have 7 students, all achieving 29.25 points, including: Pham Khanh Linh, student of Binh Giang High School (literature 9.5, history 10, geography 9.75); Pham Thi Xuan Mai, student of Nguyen Van Cu High School, Hai Duong City (literature 9.25, history 10, geography 10); Phung Minh Hang, class 12I, Tu Ky High School (literature 9.75, history 9.75, geography 9.75); Nguyen Khanh Ly, student of Cam Giang High School (literature 9.5, history 9.75, geography 10). Vu Thi Phuong, student of Doan Thuong High School (Gia Loc) (literature 9.25, history 10, geography 10). Two students from Quang Trung High School (Ninh Giang) are Hoang The Quang (literature 9.5, history 9.75, geography 10); Pham Bao Long (literature 9.25, history 10, geography 10).
The top scorer in block D is Pham Minh Ngoc, a 12th grader at Binh Giang High School, with 28.7 points (9.2 in math, 9.5 in literature, 10 in English). The remaining subjects scored 9.5 in history, 9.25 in geography, and 10 in civics.
