From 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on December 17, 2022, on many different streets in Hai Duong City, Nguyen Phi Truong and dozens of other subjects drove motorbikes side by side at high speed. The subjects weaved and swerved, honked their horns, made noise, shouted, and raised weapons such as pig spears, pitchforks, swords, cat knives, and beer bottles to threaten passersby, causing chaos on the streets, making traffic participants panic and afraid, and disrupting traffic safety.
After that, this group used glass beer bottles to throw at a group of young men in front of the coffee shop at 125 Bach Dang (Tran Phu ward) and used weapons to fight with another group of young men at 77 Tran Hung Dao, Tran Hung Dao ward (also in Hai Duong city).
During the fight, Vu Dinh Huan used a sword to chase and beat Nguyen Phu T. and took from T. an iPhone XS mobile phone worth more than 1.7 million VND.
