Tu Ky District Department of Education and Training (Hai Duong) organized the STEM Festival with GEN AI and Robocon in 2024 on the largest scale ever.
A new feature of this year's STEM Festival is the educational product design competition with GEN AI for preschool, primary and secondary school teachers. Each team draws a theme from the organizers and then designs a finished product with GEN AI directly in the competition room. The STEM product creation competition for primary school students is also a new feature this year.
The organizers also arranged a Robot Programming Experience Corner for all students coming to the festival to participate and experience.
The festival has 365 STEM products (an increase of 89 products compared to 2023) of students from kindergartens and primary schools in the district participating in the exhibition; 35 projects in the fields of mechanical engineering, biochemistry, social sciences... of students from 24 secondary schools in the district.
All products are made by students with the guidance of teachers and use recycled, environmentally friendly, and highly applicable materials.
With the theme “We for a green-clean-civilized Tu Ky”, this year’s Robocon competition has 47 teams from primary and secondary schools in the district participating. The teams go through 5 challenges, performing tasks symbolizing the collection, treatment and recycling of waste to protect the environment after a big storm.
