Kindergarten children in Hai Phong were taken away by strangers entering the school.

Mr. Ta Minh Tuan, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thien Huong Ward, Thuy Nguyen City (Hai Phong), said that the girl was reported missing by her family at 4:30 p.m. on January 13 when they went to school to pick up their child but could not find her.

According to the security camera, a woman came in to play with the child and then took him away. This woman was wearing a dark jacket with white patterns, a hood, and a black mask. The girl was wearing a pink jacket and dark pants.

When leaving the school, the woman took the child into a taxi towards Hai Phong city center.

The family said the child did not cry when playing with the strange girl, so the teacher thought it was the child’s aunt. The teacher in charge of the class has been suspended, and Hai Phong City police have mobilized forces to search for the child and the woman.

According to the investigation agency, the suspect is Dong Thi Th., 18 years old, in Su village, Hoang Lam ward, Thuy Nguyen city, showing signs of mental illness but likes to play with children.
