Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee requests to urgently establish and complete the plan for auctioning land use rights of the Porcelain Factory area for appraisal and submission to the Provincial People's Committee for approval.
On December 19, the Provincial People's Committee decided to assign the Land Fund Development Center (Department of Natural Resources and Environment) to manage more than 8.2 hectares of land at the Porcelain Factory in Le Thanh Nghi Ward (Hai Duong City). The competent authorities of Hai Duong City have completed compensation and site clearance for this land.
The Provincial People's Committee requested the Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with the Hai Duong City People's Committee to make an extract of the cadastral map of the managed land area, clearly identify the boundaries and landmarks on the field as a basis for auctioning land use rights to ensure compliance with regulations, avoid overlap or disputes and complaints.
Urgently establish and complete the land use rights auction plan for appraisal and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the Hai Duong City People's Committee to provide complete records and documents related to the management of recovered land funds and land use rights auctions. Implement the process of publicly posting land use plans and land auction plans according to regulations and ensure other conditions within the authority so that the land holding land use rights auctions is not entangled and in accordance with regulations.
