The inspection team of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education assessed that the movement to promote learning, talent, and build a learning society in Hai Duong province has been widely developed and increasingly strong. The organization and members of the association have been increasingly consolidated and developed. The association has played a core role with departments, organizations, and community learning centers to propagate, mobilize, and coordinate activities to promote learning, talent, and build a learning society, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning, and the movement of families, clans, units, and learning communities. The movement to promote learning, talent, and build a learning society has achieved and exceeded the targets set by the central association. However, the advisory work is still slow compared to actual requirements, and the remuneration for deputies in some districts and communes has not been provided, leading to a decrease in enthusiasm for work and a lack of closeness at the grassroots level.
The inspection delegation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for Promotion of Education has grasped the thoughts and aspirations of the cadres, members and proposals in the promotion of education work of Hai Duong province and will have recommendations in the coming time.
