The first university in Hai Duong established the Association for Promotion of Education.

This is the first university in Hai Duong to establish an Association for Promoting Education. Thanh Dong University's Association for Promoting Education is under the Hai Duong Province Association for Promoting Education.

On this occasion, the Distance Learning Center donated 50 million VND, Thanh Dong University donated 60 million VND to the Scholarship Fund of Thanh Dong University's Scholarship Association. Hai Duong Province Scholarship Association donated 3 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND; a business donated 4 scholarships, each worth 5 million VND to students of Thanh Dong University.

Thanh Dong University awarded 276 scholarships to its students, including: 62 social policy scholarships; 179 scholarships for priority training majors in the enrollment year and 35 "Wings of Dreams" scholarships for the enrollment period from 2020 to 2023. The scholarship packages are worth 100 million VND/scholarship, 50 million VND/scholarship, 48 million VND/scholarship, 44 million VND/scholarship and a scholarship package exempting 100% of tuition fees.

The establishment of the Thanh Dong University Learning Promotion Association aims to promote learning and talent promotion, build the school into a "learning unit", and turn cadres and lecturers into "learning citizens", improve the quality of human resource training; encourage cadres, lecturers, employees and students to actively study and improve their qualifications; and mobilize resources to support disadvantaged students to have the opportunity to study at the school.
