Salaries and incomes of workers in Hai Duong in 2024 are not lower than the regional minimum wage.

According to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Hai Duong, a company belonging to the FDI sector in Dai An Industrial Park expanded to pay a salary of nearly 154 million VND/month to its employees. According to the department's records, this is the highest salary in Hai Duong at present.

At single-member LLCs with 100% state capital, the average salary of employees reaches VND 13,460,000/month (an increase of 39.6% compared to 2023), of which the highest is VND 71,900,000/person/month, the lowest is VND 6,030,000/person/month.

At enterprises with State-controlled shares and capital contributions, the average salary of employees reached VND 12,040,000/month (an increase of 20.4% compared to 2023), of which the highest was VND 47,200,000/person/month and the lowest was VND 5,500,000/person/month.

In the private enterprise sector, the average salary of employees reached VND 9,578,000/month (an increase of 25.2% compared to 2023), of which the highest was VND 95,000,000/person/month and the lowest was VND 3,860,000/person/month.

For FDI enterprises, the average salary of employees reaches VND 9,310,000/month (an increase of 11.6% compared to 2023), of which the highest is VND 153,800,000/person/month at an enterprise in the Dai An expanded industrial park, the lowest is VND 3,900,000/person/month.

This data is compiled by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs from 209 enterprises employing many workers (with a total of 146,867 employees), reporting on the situation of labor, wages, bonuses, and unpaid wages in 2024.

Of which, there are 4 single-member LLCs with 100% state capital, employing a total of 3,143 workers; 5 companies with controlling shares and capital contributions from the state, employing a total of 2,603 ​​workers; 45 private enterprises, employing a total of 26,825 workers and 155 foreign-invested enterprises, employing a total of 114,296 workers.

In 2024, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs promptly provided guidance and issued documents requesting legal representatives of enterprises in the area to proactively coordinate and discuss with grassroots trade unions to review labor contracts, collective labor agreements, salary payment regulations, and bonus regulations to implement salary and bonus regimes for employees in accordance with the provisions of labor law and agreements.

Through strengthening state management of labor, the implementation of labor laws in the province is basically guaranteed to be in accordance with regulations; wages and incomes of workers are not lower than the regional minimum wage.
