Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee allocated over 104.8 billion VND from the budget to supplement agencies and units to implement the basic salary regime in 2024.
On October 4, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province decided to allocate over 104.8 billion VND from the provincial salary reform fund to supplement departments, branches, sectors, Party agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, and public service units implementing the basic salary regime in 2024. Of which, over 61.4 billion VND will be supplemented for provincial units; over 43.4 billion VND will be supplemented for communes, wards, and towns.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to coordinate with level I budget units to allocate funds for salary reform implementation to affiliated units. The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities shall allocate specifically to communes, wards and towns.
In 2024, the total funding requirement for salary reform in Hai Duong is over 878 billion VND. The additional funding source for salary reform in units is over 773.4 billion VND, the proposed additional funding is over 104.8 billion VND.
