AEON Vietnam Co., Ltd. leased 35,646 m² of land to implement the project.

AEON Vietnam Co., Ltd. leased 35,646 m²land to implement the AEON Hai Duong Trade Center project in Lien Hong commune and Thach Khoi ward. Of which, the land area for lease in Lien Hong commune is 13,195 m², Thach Khoi ward is 22,451m².

The Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to the land; determine boundaries and hand over land on site to AEON Vietnam Co., Ltd. according to regulations.

At the same time, AEON Vietnam Co., Ltd. is required to be responsible for using land for the right purpose, location, boundary, and leased area; strictly comply with land and environmental laws and related laws during the land use process; fully perform tax and financial obligations to the State according to the law and the company's commitments.

Previously, in early March, the Provincial People's Committee decided to approve the transfer and adjustment of the Hai Duong Trade Center Project from Tuan Kiet HD Trading and Service Joint Stock Company to AEON Vietnam Company Limited and approved the adjustment to reduce the total investment capital for the project from VND 1,200 billion to more than VND 1,170.7 billion.

AEON Hai Duong Trade Center is a retail and product distribution center with a scale of about 5,000 items of all kinds; about 150 booths for rent (used for business purposes of entertainment services, food and beverage, electronics, jewelry, clothing...).
