Medical examination for people who participated in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign and their relatives is a gratitude activity of the staff, doctors and nurses of Thanh Ha District Medical Center (Hai Duong).
On April 20 and 21, Thanh Ha District Medical Center organized medical examinations and provided medicine for 72 veterans, frontline laborers, representatives of martyrs' relatives, and beneficiaries of martyr worship allowances who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign.
Thanh Ha District Health Center organizes medical examinations at 4 locations including commune health stations: Thanh Hai, Thanh Thuy, Thanh An and Ha Dong General Clinic. Subjects who come are examined clinically, paraclinically, have abdominal ultrasound, electrocardiogram, blood sugar level checked and are given advice and guidance on disease prevention and health improvement. Each person who comes for examination is given nutritional supplements.
Previously, on April 14, Thanh Ha district coordinated with the Central Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital to examine 47 people who participated in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign.
