On the morning of April 12, the Thanh Ha District Labor Federation (Hai Duong) coordinated with the district's Department of Culture and Information to organize digital transformation guidance for 200 union officials.
VNPT Hai Duong officials have communicated and provided professional guidance to union officials and members on the application of information technology in digital transformation. Union officials and members were instructed on the use of non-cash payment software; the use of personal and organizational data warehouses on the national public service portal; the installation and use of Smart Hai Duong application, digital signatures, and fraud prevention in the digital space.
At the conference, some district units and union officials and members raised difficulties in implementing digital transformation. The rate of people and businesses participating in administrative procedures through online public services and public postal services is still low. Some leaders of the village community digital technology team are old and have slow access to information technology. Some members do not have smartphones, so the exchange and implementation of activities of the community digital technology team on Zalo group are not really effective...
Thanh Ha ranked last in the 2023 district-level digital transformation rankings of Hai Duong province.
