Medical examination for wounded soldiers, sick soldiers and relatives of soldiers who participated in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign is a meaningful activity of Thanh Ha district (Hai Duong) on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024).
On the morning of April 14, Thanh Ha district coordinated with the Central Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital to provide health consultation and medical examination for 47 wounded and sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs, and soldiers who participated in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign.
At the program, Thanh Ha district presented 50 gifts, worth 300,000 VND each, to those who participated in the campaign and their relatives. The Central Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital presented 10 gifts to relatives and families of soldiers who participated in the campaign in especially difficult circumstances (each gift worth 2 million VND).
According to the People's Committee of Thanh Ha district, Thanh Ha district currently has 47 people who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign who are still alive, and 25 relatives who worship martyrs who died in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign.
