For about 2 years now, at alley 52, Ly Quoc Bao street, zone 4, Nhi Chau ward (Hai Duong city), there has been a collection point for scrap, garbage of all kinds... causing outrage among the people.
Construction waste and scrap such as scaffolding, corrugated iron roofs, iron frames, waste wood, foam, bricks, stones... are gathered along a length of nearly 10 meters in the alley, posing a potential risk of fire and environmental pollution, especially on rainy days.
Scrap iron with sharp, thin, pointed shapes sticking out onto the road is also potentially dangerous for people and children when moving, especially at night.
