Hai Duong City requires the elimination of illegal waste collection points.

Hai Duong City People's Committee requests the People's Committees of wards and communes to review and eliminate illegal waste collection points in public areas such as along roads, river banks, canals, etc. At the same time, strengthen inspection and strictly handle acts of illegal dumping and burning of waste. The Chairmen of the People's Committees of wards and communes are responsible to the Chairman of the City People's Committee if the above acts occur in their management areas.

The Chairmen of the People's Committees of Tien Tien, Quyet Thang, Lien Hong, Gia Xuyen, and Ngoc Son communes shall preside over and coordinate with Hai Duong Urban Environment Joint Stock Company to propose a treatment plan for 19 concentrated landfills in the area, and report the implementation results to the City People's Committee before November 1.
