Recently, after Decree 168 (regulating administrative sanctions for violations of traffic order and safety in the field of road traffic; deducting points, and restoring driving licenses) was issued, Tam also posted a number of video clips with fabricated information, causing public confusion.
The security investigation agency accused the defendant Tam of also calling for and inciting people to protest against Decree 168. The Internal Political Security Department of Hanoi City Police reported to the leaders of the City Police and coordinated with professional units to organize verification and clarify the subject's violations.
The investigation security agency and Hanoi City Police are urgently coordinating with functional units to investigate, consolidate records, and strictly handle the subject according to the law.
Ms. Dau Thi Tam is a person who regularly distributes rice and charity food at the gate of K Hospital (Tam Hiep facility). Ms. Tam is also known by many people for her livestreams "exposing" hospitals. In August 2024, Ms. Tam posted many videos negatively accusing "cancer patients spending 200k for radiotherapy" at K Hospital.
