This is the first time the province has organized a training conference on this content in both direct and online formats. The training subjects are expanded to include village and residential area cadres.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the conference, Comrade Luu Van Ban, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that this training session is very important. The current situation of surveying, mapping and site clearance work in the province still faces many difficulties and obstacles. There are some bottlenecks that cause delays and congestion in the implementation of projects and works. State management of land, surveying and cadastral records still has many shortcomings. The force in charge of state management of land is still lacking, and professional capacity at some establishments is still limited.

Speed ​​up the progress of determining land prices in general, including compensation and resettlement prices. Strengthen land management, strictly comply with legal regulations, remove difficulties and obstacles on the basis of legal regulations and in line with local practices.
