The exam councils and exam staff need to uphold their sense of responsibility, not be subjective, and perform their tasks well in accordance with the exam regulations. The exam councils focus on keeping exam questions and papers confidential. Strictly control to prevent cheating; pay special attention to ensuring the health of exam staff and candidates; ensure traffic safety, security and order inside and outside the exam sites. On the morning of June 28, nearly 22,000 candidates in Hai Duong took the first exam, literature, with a duration of 120 minutes. In the afternoon of the same day, they took the math exam.
