On the morning of August 15, Comrade Luu Van Ban, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee inspected the scene and directed the resolution of problems and difficulties at a number of projects in Chi Linh City.

After listening to the People's Committee of Chi Linh City, relevant departments, branches and units report on the implementation status, difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of some projects, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee concluded and agreed with the proposal of the People's Committee of Chi Linh City on the plan to renovate and expand the intersection from the Dong Viet bridge approach road connecting with the road to Kiep Bac temple. For the project of the road to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site from National Highway 37 to Con Son Pagoda, the Provincial People's Committee agreed with the proposal of the People's Committee of Chi Linh City on expanding the boundary of site clearance, building an intersection between National Highway 37 and the road to Con Son Pagoda. At the intersection area, it is necessary to develop a design plan to create a highlight and landscape for the area. The People's Committee of Chi Linh City urgently completes site clearance, handing over the clean site to the investor to soon start construction of the intersection.

Regarding the project to renovate and upgrade the route from National Highway 37 to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site, the left half of the route from An Linh intersection to Dau Rong intersection, Mr. Luu Van Ban, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, assigned the Department of Transport to promptly complete the project appraisal and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for approval according to regulations. Assigned the Hai Duong Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board to review and hand over the boundary markers and site clearance boundaries so that the Chi Linh City People's Committee can propagate and mobilize people and promptly implement site clearance and resettlement arrangements according to regulations. Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Luu Van Ban, noted that the Chi Linh City People's Committee needs to review the management and granting of construction permits for works on both sides of the road, not allowing illegal construction near the traffic corridor.

The project to renovate and embellish Ngu Dai Pagoda and Huyen Thien Pagoda has been updated in the planning of Hai Duong province. The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed to implement the project items after they are consistent with the construction planning, land use planning, zoning planning and relevant planning.

Regarding the plan for organizing traffic and exploiting services in the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is assigned to coordinate with relevant units to develop a plan for organizing traffic and exploiting services in the national relic site, especially ensuring the improvement of service quality for tourists, elevating the relic site in a civilized and polite direction, not focusing on collecting fees...

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, the People's Committee of Chi Linh City, relevant agencies and units to develop a project to improve the quality of services and activities at the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site to exploit and maximize the value of the relic site, report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, to be completed before September 30, 2023; preside over and coordinate to develop a plan to build a festival ground and parking lot at the Kiep Bac temple area, report to the Provincial People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, to be completed before August 31.
