The latest report from global cybersecurity firm Kaspersky shows that Vietnam's cybersecurity situation is showing positive changes, especially during the post-pandemic recovery period.

According to the latest statistics from Kaspersky Security Network (KSN), the number of online attacks in Vietnam detected and prevented by Kaspersky in 2022 was 41,989,163, down 33.8% compared to 63,482,728 in 2021.
Notably, the number of attacks in Vietnam in 2022 also decreased by 25.39% compared to 2021 and decreased by 54.74% compared to 2020, with a total of 121,542,272 threats related to malware spread via USB, CD, DVD and other offline methods.
In 2022, Vietnam maintained its 31st position worldwide in terms of offline threats.
