In the second working week of the third session (from May 30 to June 3), the National Assembly discussed many important issues; the first day was spent discussing the implementation of policies and laws on planning work.
Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung presented the Report on the draft Resolution on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Khanh Hoa province.
During the second working week of the 3rd Session of the 15th National Assembly (from May 30 to June 3), the National Assembly discussed many important issues on the agenda.
The National Assembly spent the first day of the working week discussing in the hall the implementation of policies and laws on planning since the Law on Planning came into effect.
On June 1, the National Assembly discussed all day in the hall about: Additional assessment of the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the State budget in 2021; the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the State budget in the first months of 2022; summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 42/2017/QH14 dated June 21, 2017 on piloting the handling of bad debts of credit institutions and the extension of the application period of all provisions of Resolution No. 42/2017/QH14 dated June 21, 2017. This content will continue to be discussed on the morning of June 2.
In the afternoon session of the same day, delegates discussed the approval of the 2020 State budget settlement; the work of practicing thrift and fighting waste in 2021. These contents were broadcast live on radio and television for voters and people to follow.
During the week, delegates will listen to the Report and Appraisal Report on Investment Policy for the construction projects of Chau Doc-Can Tho-Soc Trang Expressway (Phase 1); Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot (Phase 1); Bien Hoa-Vung Tau (Phase 1); Report and Appraisal Report on Investment Policy for the Hanoi Capital Region Ring Road 4 Project and the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project and discuss these contents in groups.
The National Assembly will hear the presentation of the following drafts: Law on Petroleum; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Radio Frequencies; and discuss in the hall some contents with different opinions of the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property; discuss in groups the draft Law on Prevention and Control of Domestic Violence (amended) and the draft Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level.
The National Assembly listened to the draft Resolution on piloting a model of organizing labor activities, career guidance, and vocational training for prisoners outside prison and discussed this content in the hall.
