Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Tang Ba Bay holds the position of Deputy Secretary of Thanh Ha District Party Committee

On the morning of May 4, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision on transferring comrade Tang Ba Bay, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction to work at the Thanh Ha District Party Committee; appointed him to join the District Party Executive Committee, the District Party Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thanh Ha District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term from May 3, 2024.

In his speech assigning tasks, comrade Tran Duc Thang highly appreciated the working and training process of comrade Tang Ba Bay. The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that comrade Tang Ba Bay is a young cadre with basic training, with more than 20 years of working in the construction industry, in all his positions he has always completed and excellently completed the assigned tasks. In his new position, comrade Tang Ba Bay needs to promote his capacity and strengths together with the Thanh Ha District Party Committee Executive Committee and the Thanh Ha District Party Committee Standing Committee to unite and perform well the assigned tasks; soon turn Thanh Ha into a new growth pole of the province.

Comrade Tang Ba Bay was born in 1980, from Quyet Thang commune (Hai Duong city), has a master's degree in civil and industrial construction. He has worked at the Department of Construction since 2003, holding the positions of Deputy Head of Urban Development Department, Deputy Head of Architecture and Technical Infrastructure Management Department, Head of Construction Management Department, Head of Construction Management and Technical Infrastructure Management Department. In August 2020, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.
