Comrade Nguyen Hoai Long holds the position of Director of the Department of Construction of Hai Duong province.

At the conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Hai Duong province on personnel work on the morning of May 4, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang presented the decision to transfer and appoint comrade Nguyen Hoai Long, Director of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Construction from May 4, 2024 to May 3, 2029.

In his speech assigning tasks, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang acknowledged and highly appreciated Comrade Nguyen Hoai Long's more than 30 years of work. Comrade Nguyen Hoai Long always completed well and excellently the assigned tasks. He is a basically trained cadre with 18 years of working experience in the construction field.

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang suggested that Nguyen Hoai Long return to the field in which he has been trained and matured to continue promoting the results that the Department of Construction has achieved. The construction industry has a large amount of work, which needs to be focused on and accelerated. In particular, it is necessary to urgently implement the provincial planning, take the lead in removing obstacles in unfinished construction projects, and accept infrastructure in residential areas and urban areas, etc.

Comrade Nguyen Hoai Long was born in 1969 in Chi Lang Bac commune (Thanh Mien). He has professional qualifications as a mechanical engineer and construction engineer; and a high level of political theory. He was once Deputy Director of the Department of Construction of Hai Duong province.
