Head of Hai Duong City Urban Management Department Vu Minh Nghia holds the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction.

On the morning of May 4, at the conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Hai Duong province on personnel work, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang presented the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Vu Minh Nghia, Head of the Urban Management Department of Hai Duong City to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction from May 3, 2024 to May 2, 2029.

In his speech assigning tasks, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that Comrade Vu Minh Nghia is a young cadre with basic training and a major suitable for the construction field. He is also a cadre with good working capacity. With nearly 20 years of working in the field of urban planning and management, in his position, Comrade Nghia has always completed well and excellently the assigned tasks.

The Provincial Party Secretary suggested that in the coming time, in his new position, Comrade Vu Minh Nghia needs to quickly overcome all difficulties, and together with the leadership of the Department of Construction, successfully complete all assigned tasks. Comrade Vu Minh Nghia was born in 1981, in Doan Thuong commune (Gia Loc); has a master's degree in economic management, architect; advanced political theory.
