Hai Duong Provincial Children's House is one of 29 units receiving a certificate of merit from the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union and one of 29 units receiving the excellent emulation flag of the palace block, children's houses, and youth activity centers in 2023 from the Central Council of the Young Pioneers.
In 2023, along with the system of children's houses nationwide, Hai Duong Provincial Children's House will continue to strive, be creative, and promote its role as a center for entertainment and recreation for Hai Duong children; a place to research and guide methods of Team work and children's movements inside and outside schools; discover and nurture children's talents, abilities, and creativity; contribute to consolidating and developing Team work and children's movements at the grassroots level.

Hai Duong Provincial Children's House has a long history of achievements in training talented children in the Northern region, always ranking in the top of the system of children's houses and youth activity centers nationwide, highly appreciated by the Central Youth Union, Central Council of Young Pioneers, Provincial People's Committee and Provincial Youth Union.
Hai Duong Provincial Children's House was built in 1977, located in the center of Hai Duong City, including the following works: office building, multi-purpose gymnasium, swimming pool and playground. Currently, the facilities and equipment of the Children's House serve 1,300-3,200 students and more than 100,000 people come to participate in activities each year.
