On the morning of July 27, the 2023 Hai Duong Youth and Children's Badminton Tournament closed at the Provincial Sports Gymnasium after 3.5 days of competition.
The organizing committee awarded first, second and third prizes to the units and clubs.
The Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the Provincial Children's House with 6 gold medals, 5 silver medals, 1 bronze medal; the second prize went to Hai Duong City with 5 gold medals, 3 silver medals, 3 bronze medals; the 360 Badminton Training and Competition Center won the third prize with 2 gold medals, 1 silver medal and 3 bronze medals.
The finals were exciting.
In group 1 (9 years old and under), athletes from the Provincial Children's House won first prize in men's singles and first prize in women's singles.
Group 2 (10-11 years old), athletes from the Provincial Children's House won first place in men's singles, athletes from Nam Trung Club won first place in women's singles, athletes from Hai Duong City won first place in men's doubles and mixed doubles, athletes from Tan Thanh Cong Club won first place in women's doubles.
The organizing committee awarded first, second and third prizes to male doubles athletes aged 14 - 15.
In group 3 (12-13 years old), athletes from Hoang Dat Sport Club won the men's singles, athletes from the Provincial Children's House won the women's singles and mixed doubles, athletes from Hai Duong City won the men's doubles, and athletes from Binh Giang won the women's doubles.
Group 4 (14-15 years old), athletes of 360 Badminton Training and Competition Center won first place in men's singles, athletes of Hai Duong City won first place in women's singles and women's doubles, athletes of the Provincial Children's House won first place in men's doubles, athletes of 360 Badminton Training and Competition Center won first place in mixed doubles.
The audience cheered enthusiastically.
The 2023 Hai Duong Province Youth and Children Badminton Tournament will take place from July 24-27, organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The tournament will bring together nearly 500 athletes from 38 delegations in districts, towns, cities, agencies, units and clubs in the province.
