Borzykh Mikhail, a Russian national, wanted by Interpol for murder, entered Vietnam to hide but was arrested in Ninh Thuan.
On March 23, at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City), Ninh Thuan Provincial Police and representatives of the Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency handed over Borzykh Mikhail, 35 years old, to Russian authorities to bring him back to Vietnam for processing.
According to records, Borzykh Mikhail, after committing a crime in Russia, fled abroad and re-entered Vietnam in early March. The Ministry of Public Security's investigation police agency discovered traces of the suspect, possibly hiding in Ninh Thuan.
Receiving the news, on the afternoon of March 22, Ninh Thuan Provincial Police found Borzykh Mikhail in Van Hai Ward, Phan Rang - Thap Cham City, so they urgently arrested him.
