A 1km stretch of road has 23 signs prohibiting parking on even days.

The Director of the Department of Transport of Lam Dong province said that the posting of signs prohibiting parking on even days is not actually wrong but rather mechanical. The department will issue a document requesting a reasonable adjustment.
Ignoring the prohibition sign, vendors spill out onto Highway 5 through Kim Thanh to sell Tet goods.

Buyers and sellers of Tet goods, along with foam boxes, baskets, etc. containing goods, have encroached on a part of National Highway 5, passing through Co Phuc Bac village, Kim Lien commune (Kim Thanh).
