On the afternoon of January 26, the 27th day of the Lunar New Year, tourists at Fansipan peak (Sa Pa, Lao Cai) were surprised to witness snowfall.
Starting at around 2:30 p.m., snow appeared with increasing density, gradually covering the paths and surrounding trees in white.
Combined with the clouds, Fansipan peak suddenly looks like a cold region that can only be found in Europe. The enchanting scene makes many visitors extremely excited.

At 3,143m high, Fansipan - the highest mountain in Vietnam - is often the first place to receive snow. Previously, in 2021, snow also covered the Roof of Indochina, with a thickness of up to 60cm, creating many extremely impressive scenes. This year, such heavy snowfall is expected to continue, if the weather conditions in the coming days are as cold as forecast.
