Traffic police discovered a young man from Nghe An province stealing a motorbike and 'lost' it on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway through Hai Duong.
At 6:50 p.m. on December 8, while patrolling and controlling the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway (from Hanoi to Hai Phong) to km50 in Toan Thang commune, Gia Loc district, Hai Duong province, Traffic Police Team No. 4 (Highway Traffic Police Team No. 2) discovered a young man driving a motorbike 90B3-058.29 onto the expressway.
During the investigation, the driver was unable to present any relevant documents. Noticing that the young man was acting unusually, the Traffic Police Team identified the subject as Le Hai Dang (born February 18, 1998 in Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An). Hai stole the motorbike from Ms. Tran Thi Tuyet Dung (born in 1999 in Phu Ly City, Ha Nam). Ms. Dung reported the loss of the motorbike to Phu Ly City Police on December 6.
The Traffic Police Team has made a record of the incident and notified Phu Ly City Police to coordinate and investigate.
