After streamlining the apparatus, Nam Sach district (Hai Duong) has 10 specialized departments left.
On the morning of February 21, the People's Council of Nam Sach district held its 19th session (special session). At the session, delegates of the People's Council of Nam Sach district voted and unanimously approved 8 resolutions, including a resolution on reorganizing specialized agencies under the District People's Committee.
Immediately after the District People's Council passed the resolution, the District People's Committee held a conference to announce the resolution and decision on reorganizing specialized agencies under the District People's Committee and personnel work.
The Chairman of Nam Sach District People's Committee decided to appoint 22 Department Heads and Deputy Department Heads in 6 specialized departments after restructuring and streamlining the apparatus.
Speaking at the conference, Nam Sach District Party Secretary Hoang Van Thuc commended and acknowledged the efforts of all cadres, civil servants and public employees in streamlining the apparatus.
Among them, there are comrades holding lower positions who, for the common good, need to continue to set an example, strive, and contribute to successfully completing their tasks, and opportunities are always open.
Facing the policy of continuing to streamline and reorganize the local government apparatus, especially the district-level apparatus, comrade Hoang Van Thuc requested that cadres, civil servants and public employees not have thoughts of affecting their work but should work with peace of mind and make every effort to complete all assigned tasks well.
Comrade Mac Van Tuan, former Head of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, was appointed Head of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
Comrade Dang Van Duy, former Head of the Department of Internal Affairs, became Head of the Department of Internal Affairs after merging with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Comrade Vu Van Quang, former Head of the Department of Culture and Information, was appointed Head of the Department of Culture, Science and Information.
Comrade Nguyen Van Hoi, former Head of Economic and Infrastructure Department, becomes Head of Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department.
Head of Health Department Dang Duc Hai and Head of Education and Training Department Nguyen Trong Phan continue to be appointed as heads of departments after the restructuring.
Regarding deputy leaders, Comrade Tran Duc Khanh, former Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, was appointed as Deputy Head of the Department of Agriculture and Environment. Comrade Le Thi Lan Phuong, former Head of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, was appointed as Deputy Head of the Department of Home Affairs.
The remaining deputy heads of departments are appointed from the comrades who are currently serving as deputy heads of departments previously arranged. The Health Department does not have a deputy head of department.
