Special nursing support level for meritorious people in Hai Duong

The People's Council of Hai Duong province has passed a Resolution regulating special policies to support health recovery care for people with revolutionary contributions who have a body injury rate of 61% - 80% in the year and are not entitled to receive care according to the Central Government's policy.

Accordingly, the level of health rehabilitation care at home for war invalids (including type B war invalids recognized before December 31, 1993), beneficiaries of policies such as war invalids, sick soldiers, and resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals with a body injury rate of 61%-80% is 0.9 times the standard level of preferential allowance for meritorious people/person/time and is paid directly to the beneficiaries.

The level of concentrated health rehabilitation care is 1.8 times the standard level of preferential allowance for meritorious people/person/time.

This Resolution takes effect from January 1, 2025.
