While checking a game shop in Ngoc Chau ward (Hai Duong city), the police discovered two subjects involved in a number of cell phone thefts.
At around 10:50 p.m. on March 30, a working group coordinated by the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (Hai Duong Provincial Police) inspected the VIP game shop CYBEY GAME in Ngoc Chau Ward (Hai Duong City) and discovered that Tran Van Tien (born in 2008, in Dong Lam Commune) and Ly Van Huong (born in 2009, in Tan Dan Commune, both in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh) were involved in a number of cell phone thefts.
Tien confessed that about a week before, he had stolen a cell phone from a neighbor (the owner's information is unknown) about 700 meters from Tien's house. Three days later, Tien invited Huong to go to Hai Duong to find a job. When he left, Tien brought the stolen cell phone to use. Huong confessed that Tien had previously asked Huong to sell some of the cell phones that Tien had stolen.
The authorities have drawn up a record and handed over the two subjects to the Criminal Police Department (Provincial Police) for further investigation and clarification.
