Buying a car does not have to be in the same locality where you are, you can buy it anywhere and follow the procedure.
Quality inspection certificate of newly purchased cars when leaving the factory
Vehicle brand invoice issued to dealer
Invoice issued by agent to customer
Certificate of technical safety and environmental protection of manufactured and assembled vehicles
Business registration of the person issuing invoices to customers
Registered tax return
Buyers bring all notarized documents of new cars purchased from other provinces to the tax office of their place of residence to pay registration tax.
For individuals: Go to the Tax Department of the district where the vehicle owner is a permanent resident.
For partnerships or private companies: Go to the District Tax Office where the latest business registration certificate is available.
For joint ventures/foreigners/foreign representative offices: Go to the tax office.
Since you are purchasing a vehicle from another province/city, you will need to register the vehicle in the province/city where you want to register it.
Then follow the procedure: submit application, wait for vehicle inspection, pay registration fee, get automatic number, get license plate and vehicle registration appointment.
To register a new car, you need the following documents:
Vehicle registration/appointment paper
Factory quality inspection certificate
Vehicle registration form with chassis number and engine number affixed
Value added tax invoice issued by agent to customer
Liability insurance
If it is a passenger transport unit, an additional letter of introduction to register with the transport unit is required.
