Urgently handle violations of Highway 396 corridor and Dai Phu Giang canal

Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang highly appreciated the drastic participation of local Party committees and authorities in propagating and mobilizing people to voluntarily clear and demolish violations. To ensure traffic safety and the operation of irrigation works, Ninh Giang district needs to continue to promote propaganda and mobilize households with violating works to commit to demolish and completely clear violations. At the same time, there should be effective handling plans when people do not comply with regulations.

According to a report from Ninh Giang district, by December 4, households had voluntarily demolished 33 out of 156 illegal constructions.

Previously, on the morning of December 1, the Steering Committee for handling violations of traffic safety infrastructure corridors on Provincial Road 396 and irrigation works of Dai Phu Giang canal and T6 canal of Hiep Le pumping station in Ninh Giang district launched a campaign to clear violations within the scope of irrigation works in 6 communes of Hung Long, Hong Phuc, Kien Quoc, Hong Phong, Hong Du, and Dong Tam.
